All clients must cancel through email (hairbymillena@gmail.com) or instagram (@hairbymillena) with as much notice as possible. Any cancellations that are within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service. No shows and same day cancellations will also be charged 50% of the service. If you are late for your appointment, please notify me and recognize that, depending on timing, your appointment could be rescheduled and charged as a missed service.
